1. Sponsor

The Cheer Lab Grand Opening Giveaway (“Contest”) is sponsored by Intensity Athletics

Training Center, Inc. dba Intensity Athletics, 38444 Sky Canyon Drive, Suite 140, Murrieta, CA

92563 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

● Contest is open only to legal residents of California.

● Athletes must be 9 years of age or older at the time of entry.

● Each athlete must be registered for the Cheer Lab Grand Opening Clinic by a parent or

legal guardian, who will be considered the official entrant.

● Employees, contractors, directors, officers of Sponsor and their immediate family

members are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Entry Period

● The Contest begins September 25, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. PST and ends October 17,

2025 at 11:59 p.m. PST (“Entry Period”).

● Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

● To enter, a parent/guardian must complete the online registration form for the free

Cheer Lab Grand Opening Clinic.

● Required information includes: Athlete’s full name, Parent/Guardian’s full name, Athlete’s

date of birth, parent email, and (optional) a “Referral Name.”

● Each athlete must be registered separately.

● No alternate method of entry is available.

5. Referral Mechanism

● Entrants may list the name of another registered athlete as their referral.

● If an entrant is selected as a winner, the athlete listed as their referral will also win a

Grand Prize, provided that the referral is also registered for the clinic during the Entry

Period.

● A person may be listed as a referral by multiple entrants; however, a referral can only

win once.

6. Prizes

● Grand Prize (2 total winners per prize group): One (1) year of Cheer Lab membership

for the winning athlete and one (1) year of Cheer Lab membership for the listed referral

(“Friend”).

● Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,268 per membership; $4,536 total per prize

group.

● Two prize groups will be awarded in total.

● Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be provided.

7. Winner Selection

● Two winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on October 18,

2025 at 12:00 p.m. PST.

● To be eligible, both the winner and their referral must be registered for the free clinic by

the close of the Entry Period.

● Winners do not need to be physically present at the clinic to win.

8. Winner Notification

● Winners will be announced on Sponsor’s official social media pages following the

drawing and notified via email using the information provided on the entry form.

● If a potential winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification, Sponsor may

select an alternate winner.

9. Odds of Winning

● Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry

Period.

10. Publicity Release

By entering, participants and their parents/guardians agree that Sponsor may use their athlete’s

name, image, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes in any media without

additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

11. General Conditions

● Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical

failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of

the Contest.

● Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, or other automated means are void.

● Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

12. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants and their parents/guardians agree to release and hold harmless

Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of

action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize.

13. Governing Law

This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved

exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California.
